Having trouble accessing the site? Sorry for the interruption. In most cases web cache/cookies saved in your browser are the culprit. The other issue is access at work. Sometimes a firewall at your office will cause issues (test with your phone to check whether you can access without using your work internet). Before we get into troubleshooting let’s try a quick work around just to keep you studying:

There’s an “All HW Links” page on the HW excel sheet with a direct link to every quiz. Make sure you’re logged into the site and then use the direct link for the quiz you’re trying to access. That often works but depends on the connection issues you’re having. You can also try to access quizzes using atlantichw.com/home instead of atlantichw.com.

Normally, assuming work internet isn’t the issue, running down this list will get you sorted:

  1. Delete cookies/web cache. 
  2. Make sure the browser is up to date. 
  3. Try a different browser (we use chrome for testing so definitely give that a shot). 
  4. Restart computer. 
  5. Log in/out of site. 
  6. Try a different computer, tablet, or phone. This will make it easy to see if there’s something going on with the specific computer that you’re having issues with.

Still having trouble accessing HW? Try to reset your password.

If all the above doesn’t resolve the issue send over an email giving us a description of the issue with screen shots if possible. Also let us know if you have been able to log in on other devices (step 6 above). Send the email to andrew@atlanticgmat.com and your tutor.
